​An independent consultancy working in packaging and the motor industry, to improve the quality of processes through an improved understanding of them and a better use of data.

WHAT DO WE DO ?

 

We help our clients understand their processes better; an improved understanding reduces the number of defects. We train in the use of data analysis (Minitab), facilitate problem solving teams, analyse data already collected and help plan for the collection of special data.
